This portion of the event aims to promote deep relaxation, reduce stress and anxiety, and balance the body's energy centers. As the sound waves guide attendees into a meditative state, Reiki practitioners offer individual Reiki healing to support the deeper release of blocked energy and facilitate physical and emotional well-being. The evening transitions into a community Kirtan, a devotional practice of call-and-response singing of sacred mantras. This allows attendees to center themselves, calm their minds, and connect with others in a shared spiritual experience. The event closes with a moment of group reflection and shared spiritual upliftment.
