I'd like to highlight some of the amazing musicians playing on my new Gayatri Mantra release... The Gayatri Meditation features Karttikeya Arul on hand pan, and you may detect my alchemical crystal singing bowls underneath the harmonium drone. The Gayatri Mantra features Matt Tavisha Fass, aka Mattavi, on lead guitar. Mattavi has been my first call guitarist in the northeast for the past 5 or so years, and I'm so thrilled to finally record together. Doesn't he sound awesome!!!! Those infectious drum beats on the track are all laid down by Karttikeya Arul, who I'd also like to credit for recording all the initial bed tracks. Mark Dann is holding down the bass and did all the mixing and mastering... best engineer ever in my opinion.
