Embark on a transformative journey of self-discovery and recalibration in our workshop, "Sacred Sounds: Healing Through Breath, Tone & Mantra."

The first portion of the workshop will explore the harmonious convergence of breath, tone, and mantra as powerful tools for healing. Drawing inspiration from ancient practices and wisdom, this workshop offers a unique blend of traditional and contemporary techniques.

The workshop will culminate in an hour-long call-and-response and group singing practice, introducing sacred chants and healing songs rooted in the Yogic tradition. Chant/Lyric sheets will be provided.

Whether this is your first time chanting or you have practiced for years, this workshop is for everyone curious about the healing power of intention and voice. Participants will learn simple exercises for cultivating a personal chanting practice to bring healing, compassion, and peace to the body, mind, and spirit.

Chanting, dancing, bliss! 11:30 pm to 12:00 am: New Year's Meditation. 12:00 to 12:20 am: Celebrate! 12:20 to 1:00 am: Healing sound immersion with Margo Gomes. 1:00 am to ???: Help us clean up Vista Yoga!
