Discover the transformative power of Sacred Sound with Mirabai Moon, in this workshop, "Healing Through Breath, Tone & Mantra." In this workshop we will explore the harmonious convergence of breath, tone, and mantra as powerful tools for healing. Drawing inspiration from ancient practices and wisdom, this workshop offers a unique blend of traditional and contemporary techniques. The workshop will culminate in a call-and-response group singing practice, introducing sacred chants and healing songs rooted in the Yogic tradition. Chant/Lyric sheets will be provided. Whether this is your first time chanting or you have practiced for years, this workshop is for everyone curious about the healing power of intention and voice. Participants will learn simple exercises for cultivating a personal chanting practice to bring healing, compassion, and peace to the body, mind, and spirit.
